Everyday since the World Cup started i have woken up to the sound of my dad screaming GOLhLLLL!Aaha I'm Brazilian (so obviously i'm into soccer), but I live in the US. I never understood why none of my friends cared about the world cup. Oh, and if Brazil doesnt win I want Spain to win because they are so passionate and so good, yet they havent won one yet. And i love your outfit :)

Aspartame has a man made molecular stucturre identical to two of our own amino acids, aspartic acid and phenylalanine. But once these two amino acids are synthetically combined they no longer act on our biochemistry as they do when they naturally occur in our system. Our cells do not process this synthetic combinations with all the efficiency required to metabolize the thousands of catalyst actions. It is surely contributing to keeping people fat. Simply put, it interferes with cellular nutrition just as all man made chemicals do. There is also evidence it increases the addiction for sugar in non diabetics, assisting them to becoming diabetic. Research has also found it interferes with the signaling of our neurotransmitters in our brain which are very important messengers. There is evidence that it can cross the blood brain barrier which is filtering mechanism in capillaries that blocks the passage of certain nasty substances to the brain and spinal cord, indicating aspartame is partially responsible for neuro degenerative diseases. There are double blind controlled studies at a data base called green med info. I believe even if one is not a member, many studies are free for the viewing. Your article is great. For myself I insist my clients see the documentary sweet misery by cori brackett. She interviews Dr , Blaylock in the documentary. It is a compelling story and no one drinks diet soda after watching it. I am not sure how accurate this is, but I read Dr. Blaylock is no longer a practicing neurosurgeon. He gave it up to teach and lecture how the body heal with herbs and other natural means. Again Good article. The dangers of aspartame can not be understated.
